I know no one can probably attend this, and its too way expensive for law students but this was a cybercrime investigator I met at an International IP mixer hosted by Duane Morris last year.  I suggest looking up Robert Holmes and signing up for his blog report.  He has some interesting insights into cyber-related and counterfeiting issues.
