Stevens Law Group, a Silicon Valley patent and IP law firm, is looking for a legal intern to work part-time during the school year and could extend to full-time hours through the summer.  This is a great position for students who are interested in patent law practice -- the firm is conveniently located near San Jose Airport; the intern will have the rare opportunity to gain experience in both patent prosecution and litigation.

Job Description:
Patent prosecution
Legal research for on-going high profile patent infringement cases
Possible opportunity to work on legal issues for tech start-ups

Qualification:
Undergrad major in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, etc.
Strong interest in patent law practice
Strong legal research and writing skills
Open to 1L's and 2L's

Position Type:
Part-time intern during school year, full-time in summer
