I seems like an eternity since most of the 2013 GGTC Ironman athletes toed the icy cold starting line at Lake Tahoe. But we still have one more athlete about to take the final step of his Ironman journey.  Good luck Brendan Washburn who has been training with passion and commitment for this Sunday's race in Tempe Arizona.  Have a safe, fun and successful first Ironman.
