Invitation to join this Sunday's final group run workout! No need to RSVP, just show up.
Sunday, Sept 15, Final Group Run, 8:00 AM starting from Mike's Bikes in Sausalito (dirt parking lot) and heading to Tennessee Valley - beach - and back - (1:10 run time) followed by breakfast at the Bay Side Cafe.
