Is it possible to license this game server software

I'm developing a two-player turn-based game. Although the game logic
server is in place I need a server that handles chat rooms, player
matching, etc.

I would like to know if it is possible to license this server software
since my game will NOT be FOSS, and I will sell the iPhone client in
the iTunes App Store).
