Problems with political bounadries and coordinate axis

Hello,

1) I use library "maps"  but this map don't have Ukraine boundaries, only USSR. Maybe you can advise another library with world map compatible with ggplot2.

2)1) I can't add coordinate axis using this codes

   a) ggplot(ozstars,xlim=c(28,29),ylim=c(48,49))+ map_mp +                    geom_subplot(aes(long, lat, group =  interaction(long, lat),
