Updated book website

Hi everyone,

Just a quick note to let you all know that I've updated the book
website, http://had.co.nz/ggplot2/book, with the latest copy of the
book. Not many big changes, but lots of small improvements (and much
more code actually shown in the book).

The book is currently at Springer for copy-editing, and is on schedule
for a July release. If you do find any problems, please let me know
so I can make sure they are fixed before the book goes into
production.

Ooops - good point. That's because it's been split into two:
manipulating data and reducing duplication. Web page now updated.

Do you the page numbered 160, or the 160th page? What is the section
heading on that page? (Both look fine for me on a mac)
