The line looks solid to me in your first picture and also on my machine. There is a slight optical illusion that makes it look like the line is not solid, but when you zoom in it is clearly solid as you want it to be.

I thought I removed the post, but thanks for your reply.

The problem was only present in the viewer in Eclipse (with the StatEt plugin). However I realized that the saved image did not contain the error, why I quickly removed the post again.
