Possible to output ggplot2 as Windows Metafile (WMF) Format

I've been able to save a ggplot2 stacked histogram plot as a PDF, but is it possible to save it as a Window MetaFile (WMF) format?

Thanks for any feedback you can provide.

Did you try just giving your outfile name the .wmf extension?

ggsave documentation (?ggsave) says:
