Pca and SVD ... Multi variable scenario.. One output but multiple input variables involved

Hi all.
          I am pretty new to data science and statistics.. I have data from multiple mobile phones and am trying to analyse what really is affecting the perf per watt scores of the applications I am using on  these phones.. I am using the same applications on each phone with different configurations.. Please let me know what packages are available in R to do Principal component analysis of this data and if needed single value decomposition... I am not able to find the right approach to go about this problem.
