Draw a line that crosses two plots that are placed horizontally under each other?

Hi,
I was wondering if there is a way with ggplot to draw a line that does
not only show only on 1 plot but the same line goes over another plot
that is placed under the previous plot for example. Does anyone have
an idea how to do that please?
