Dear All,
In rerunning some old scripts of mine on some datasets, I am getting
some errors which I did not use to have in the past.
As far as I can tell, the errors are concerned with ggplot2 and the only
thing I have done so far has been to upgrade to its latest version
fetched from CRAN (in case it matters, I am running Ubuntu 10.04, AMD64
architecture).
Please consider the snippet at the end of the email, which returns this
error

Error in get("make_aesthetics", env = x, inherits = TRUE)(x, ...) :
could not find function "empty"

Any idea about what is going wrong?
Cheers

Lorenzo

You also need to update plyr.

Done.
Now everything is going fine again.
