Hi all,

I have been warned by several folks who have provided some plotting
legend help about "over plotting" issues.

Can reshape be used to remove duplicates data records from a defined DF?

My data from Access database includes multiple records for the same
date, location and time.
If I can easily remove these that should help with the dense over
plotting issue during some time blocks.

Tnx

Bruce

You could remove duplicates date with duplicated :

duplicated(InsectSprays)
InsectSprays[!duplicated(InsectSprays),]

Generally, simply removing the duplicates is not what you want to do
because it will bias your assessments of where the bulk of the points
lie. Have you looked at the techniques for dealing with overplotting
described in the toolbox chapter?
