I am new to R and I just came across a problem with using the ggplot2
package. I have been trying to make a plot using geom_bar and
facet_grid. This plot should show two bars for each ID and for each
variable, where each bar should represent the value for the dry and
wet season. I have pasted an example of the code as well as the error
message I get below. Maybe someone has an idea what I am doing wrong?
Thanks for your help in advance.
Martin
melt_meansbyseason <- read.csv("http://dl.dropbox.com/u/4236038/
molten_nutrients.csv")
ggplot(melt_meansbyseason, aes(x=ID, y=Value, fill=Season)) +
geom_bar() + facet_grid(Variable~.)
