Adding OR and 95% CI to the forest plots

Hello,

 

I have made my forest plots (please see the attachment) using the code below. Could someone give me hints or help me with the code that I need to add in order to have the OR and 95% CI printed under each geom_hline?

I could send you the reprodicble code if needed.
