Hi,

Currently -Inf and Inf allow points to be specified at boundaries of
plot. When geom_point is used at plot boundaries, half of the point
is cpliiped by the plot. I'd like to see the whole point.

Either the boundaries should be expandable by a pointsize, or I
should be able to disable clipping for a plot to see the whole point.

You can disable clipping by post-processing the ggplot object before drawing,

http://stackoverflow.com/questions/9690648/point-clipped-on-x-axis-in-ggplot/9691256#9691256

but some control over clipping during the plot creation might be
desirable (in opts() maybe?).

That's great and works a treat (in ggplot2 0.9.0 but not 0.8.9),
thanks!

I would like to see opts(clipping=F) though.
