HI all
I need to show some vectors in three dimension space based on some parameters. my parameters are starting points of vectors, the length of the vectors and the angel of the vectors with the first axis as a references. can any body help me to solve the problem with ggplot2 or other packages in R?

You can use package `scatterplot3d`. If you like python (or sage), you can specify end points of vectors and `plot` will draw a vector for you.

Cheers,
Roman
