Hi,

I have loaded ggplot 0.9.0, and wanted to plot some older scripts that have worded using the older verison of ggplot.

For instance I cannot now control the order for which the geom_area is stacking the data, before I only made the change like this:

Data$variable <- factor(Data$variable, levels = c(“1”,etc) )

But now the levels do change but geom_area does not recognize the change

Regards

Do you have a reproducible example?

Usually factor order is preserved... I can't see this having been changed in the transition.

Hi,

Before I downloaded  ggplot 0.9.0 I did the exact same thing shown in the example, but running the script gives me the order I put initial into the data set. I have solved it by putting the dataset into the way I want the order to be.  I were wondering if there is anyone else that have run into problems of the same kind?
