error with scale_fill_gradientn

Hello all,

I receive and error when trying to use rescale option of scale_fill_gradientn as following 

:

last_plot() + scale_fill_gradientn(colours = heat_hcl(9), values = seq(max(clustered_data$ratio), min(clustered_data$ratio)), rescale = FALSE)

Error in scale$oob(scale$rescaler(x, from = limits)) : 

  attempt to apply non-function

I couldn't find any posting on this topic.
