nice 3D displays for PCA analysis

Dear all, 

could anyone suggest some examples of R code displaying some very nice 3D plots (with colors, shapes, etc possibly in ggplot2) of the results coming from PCA analyses ? many thanks,

Short answer is that ggplot2 doesn't do 3D perspective plots. You'll
have to look elsewhere (i.e. plots based on persp *or* the scatterplot3d
package *or* lattice::cloud *or* the rgl package -- these may give you
some useful keywords for searching ...

Agree with Ben. 3D is out of scope for ggplot2. 

Can recommend rgl::plot3d(), but also plotly::plot_ly()
