ggsave as svg

What must be done in order to allow ggsave to to save to an svg
device? I have tried loading RSvgDevice, but I receive "Error: 'svg'
is not an exported object from 'namespace:grDevices'".

YOWP - Yet Another Windows Problem

ggsave is able to produce svg with no issue on Linux. This is yet
another windows problem.

Has it got something to do with

capabilities("cairo")

?

Thank you for the idea. I had tried installing and loading "Cairo" and
"cairoDevice", but these seem not to allow R to recognize the svg
command on Windows.
