Question about ggplot2 install

Hi:
I am an R and ggplot2 novice. I tried to install ggplot2 yesterday and
got the following warning message. Is this message going to be a
problem? If so, how do I take care of this? Thanks.

to Satish, ggplot2

Don't worry about it. These are some bioconductor packages that
ggplot2 suggests you have, but does not required. If you do
install.packages("ggplot2") it shouldn't try and get them.
