Graphing standard-error incorrrect in ggplot v2.1.0?

Hello all,

I am relatively new to ggplot2 software, however I believe I have found an error in the gpplot2 software whilst graphing standard errors. The standard errors in the graph extend past their bounds for no reason?

Please find attached the code, dataset and related graph. 

Any help would be greatly appreciated,

I'm not sure why that geom_line() is in there... If you remove that all seems fine. No need to specify group in aes.
