I'm using ggplot2.

1) Why are my x-axis ticks not right on the axis?
2) How can I reorder JUST the legend items, but not change the graph
itself in terms of order.
3) How can I change all font to Arial?

Hi:

You have not provided a reproducible example, which is why you have
likely not received a response to this or your previous question.
Please Google " R reproducible example ", where you will find at least
four good links that describe how to do so. Once you have created an
example that someone can actually run, the probability of getting a
workable solution will increase dramatically. More inline.

The default is to place ticks adjacent to the axes, not through them.
If you want different behavior, see ?theme, particularly the
axis.ticks theme element.

I'm afraid that's an unanswerable question without a minimal
reproducible example. BTW, you haven't mentioned *how* you want to
reorder the items, which would entail an example to observe what is
the current order as a baseline for comparison.

See the extrafonts package.
