Has anyone tried rggobi and ggobi on Windows 10 x64 edition?  I installed using the following command in R

and it installed all the needed components without a hitch - gtk, ggobi and rggobi.  But when I go to run I get the messages:

Error in eval(expr, envir, enclos) : could not find function "ggobi"
Error in inDL(x, as.logical(local), as.logical(now), ...) :
unable to load shared object 'C:/Users/Arthur/Documents/R/win-library/3.2/rggobi/libs/x64/rggobi.dll':
LoadLibrary failure:  %1 is not a valid Win32 application.

Am wondering if this is a Windows 10 issue, a 64-bit issue, or something else.

All help appreciated

Arthur

The install.r script is obsolete and does not provide 64 bit binaries.
Please just download the needed components (GGobi, GTK+ 2.x) manually.

Thanks!  That worked well - I installed both ggobi 64 bit and gtk2.2 complete package.  Now able to get visualizations.  However every time I run one feature to visualize I get this error message against gtk

(rsession.exe:18044): Gtk-CRITICAL **: gtk_tree_store_set_valist: assertion `VALID_ITER (iter, tree_store)' failed

Ring any bells?

Would you please explain what you mean by "run one feature to visualize"?
