As you may be aware that the MOUNTAIN SUMMER SCHOOL 2023 is geared to take place from 10 to 20 September 2023 in Hungary. You are requested to spread this message among your networks, your university, institute, organization, college, department, colleagues, students, friends. On Zoom, the access to this global program is FREE. However, if the name is NOT in the LIST OF PARTICIPANTS and wants to receive an Attendee Certificate, one has to buy a ticket of USD 10. Minimum 18 hours of Zoom attendance is essential over 10 days to receive a Certificate.

Please go through the following important points.  

Most Important Points

1. All are advised to register quickly on the Zoom for 10-20 Sept program. The Zoom link is on the home page of the Summer School Website https://www.grassrootsglobal.net/mer2023 . Just click the Meeting ID and register. Note that before registering in Zoom, you must have your account on Zoom. Please do not delay this registration. Once you register, set the background by inserting the attached picture via setting. Please note that Zoom link will remain the same for all 11 days, and the ACCESS TO ZOOM IS FREE. 

2. There will be a 2-hours online event "ROUNDTABLE ON MOUNTAINS: Inaugural of Summer School" at 17.00-19.00 CEST on 10 Sept. All are invited to join. The list of Chief Guest and Guests of Honors will be put soon on top of the SCHEDULE page.

3. The core and most critical part of the website is SCHEDULE page, which is updated almost everyday for last 3 months and will be kept updated until the end of September. So, keep watching the changes in the Schedule. Never forget to refresh the browser. Key people and reading material are linked with each lecture.

6. All are expected to read the Lecture Outlines, Handouts, Notes, etc. attached on SCHEDULE page in front of each lecture. The PPTs will be uploaded only after the lectures are done.
