There will be specially discounted 2 slots of APC Fees: a) Developing Countries' authors > USD 150 (for maximum 9000 words and 3 co-authors); b) Developed Countries' authors > USD 210 (for maximum 9000 words and 3 co-authors). Charges for additional words: USD 10 per 1000 additional words, and USD 18 per additional co-author.
