Guys,
I reckon we have been too sluggish in adhering to our reporting and meeting schedules that were agreed at the start of the year. Please don't wait for me to take initiative in all the areas. I would be really grateful if one of you can come forward and take on this responsibility of sending reminders and ensuring meetings happen come what may be.
To rejuvenate, let's all meet on January 26 (Tuesday) to recap all that's been happening since we met last.

I really don't get it.
This is the most irresponsible act of this team. I am sorry to be harsh but the fact is, you guys are working as if we are still in bullock-cart age. Guys, communication is must; how much aware informal we talk, formal communication gets things in more and serious perspective.
Can't believe as how and why such a dispassionate & ill-conceived team participation do we have.
By the way, a good corporate etiquette, is each and every recipient to respond on it on affirmation. Team - please adhere to this next time.
