Few Observations (IIJS Signature)

Dear All,

I guess according to me, the last concluded IIJS was one of the most unorganised & ill-planned show till date. Though the show has been better in terms of what we could do but overall we have loads of learnings & changes needed with immediate effect. 

Right from Conceptualising, Designing, Arrangements, Control & Monitoring, Delivery - all areas were complete in a mess without planning and badly managed except Production which we all know for the fact that Vikrambhai & his team did a fabulous job by pulling together KJH Order Delivery simultaneously to IIJS Necklace Sets delivery (I guess total of 40plus necklaces in a span of 3 weeks) - A Fantastic Job by the entire production team & they definitely desire an applaud & pat of their back. 

I reckon we have to plan much better, more systematic & more seriously this time for the forthcoming IIJS August Show. We have to plan properly much ahead in advance, execute in most efficient & diligent, especially with more seriousness towards the except outcome. 

In this step ahead, lets have our first Merchandising / Planning IIJS Aug 2016 meeting on February 15, 2016 (Monday) at 7pm in our conference room. 

All of us should be present for the same so that we can set the tone for the forthcoming show in a more systematic way.
