I will be running the event Saturday because there aren’t enough from the third flight. I would like to do 3 ball points. You use the best 3 net scores with a scoring system. 1 point for bogey, 2 points for par, 3 points for birdie, 5 points for eagle and 8 points for double eagle. Example all net scores, player 1 par, player 2 par, player 3 birdie, player 4 bogey. The team score would be 7. 4 points for the 2 pars and 3 points for the birdie. Open for suggestions. I think this is the fairest game with handicaps.  Green fees are 50.00 for everyone. 10.00 for the event and 5.00 to be split between skins and low net.

I have a suggestion, since we only have 16 guys, and we are playing a team low net, eliminate skins/ low net and add the $5 to the team event. If you shoot low net and have a couple birdies, your team will be in the hunt.Pot would be $240, winning team members would win $60 each if we pay only first place.

Keeping the skins keeps guys on the loosing team still in the e hunt. If you team is not doing well you still have incentive.

How about this: add $5 to the ante and do both ($15 per man for hubones suggestion, $240; and $5 for the skins pot, $80). Thats the best of both worlds.  Just my 2 cents.
