It's not normally that formal but the foursomes will be determined. What we have done in the past is have the 1st period winners play together and the 2nd half and then of course the wonderful wildcards. 
Everyone who has made the playoffs as a wildcard should thank Cecil that was entirely his creation and it was a good one.
