Further to the earlier mails, all members are cordially invited for the Tiruppavai Recitation Competition Program and the Fancy Dress
Competition for Children organized by Tiruvenkatam Group, Kuwait on Friday 10th Jan 2014 at 10.00 A.M at our residence at

The number of children participating has considerably increased this year and thanks for your response. The participants of the Fancy Dress Competition to please assemble by 9.45 a.m. itself.
As discussed yesterday during the Pooja time, for Tiruppavai Recitation, the group-wise requirement of the number of pasurams are given below for the information of the contestants:

A – Group (upto UKG) first two pasurams
B – Group (Std 1 & 2) first five pasurams
C –
Group (Std 3, 4 & 5) first eight
pasurms
D – Group (Std 6 & 7) first
twelve pasurams
E – Group (Std 8, 9 & 10) first fifteen pasurams
The Scoring / judgment criteria for Tiruppavai Recitation will be Memory 20 marks, Pronunciation 40 marks, Confidence/fluency with pasuram 20 and Presentation 20 marks.
Request all the children to be thoroughly prepared so as to get good prizes.

The program will be followed by prasada viniyogam / lunch.

Dear all
Thanks for the great response. The participation program has been expanded to include Fancy Dress Competition (either Krishna or Andal or Radha) for children also. Separately the interest of the members have been
collected during the Weekly Tiruppaavai Satsangh and over phone. There are about 25
children in Tiruppavai Recitation Competition and about 15 Children in Fancy Dress Competition.
We will close the entry shortly. Still anyone has missed please give your names immediately. We will close entries by 31st Dec.

Dear Tiruvenkatam Group members in Kuwait
It is intended to conduct Tiruppaavai Recitation Program with participation from children upto school levels.
The program is tentatively
planned on Friday, the 10th Jan 2014. The date confirmation, venue and time will be informed later.
So those who are interested, please prepare yourself; start memorising the Paasurams thoroughly. Parents are requested to
encourage their children to participate.
Indeed children will have a very nice time and everyone enjoyed the last year's
program.
The details of the program will be informed as soon as it is finalised.
Let us pray to the Divyathambathis to make it a grand success, as was the
case last year.
