I happened to be in the area last year at that time delivering T34
windshields to a few folks so I met up with the SoCal cruisers and
followed them up there. The Central Coast VW club always puts on a good
event and there was even a little swap meet action where I picked up a

Meet in the Middle BBQ V

Sunday, February 17, 2008
11am to 3pm
Nojoqui Falls Park, near Solvang

BBQ, Raffle, Awards. Meet us in the Middle for a gathering of VW
enthusiasts from Southern and Central California. The location is
beautiful Nojoqui Falls Park in Santa Barbara County. It is near the
Danish style city of Solvang. We will have a huge group BBQ fired up so
all you have to do is bring your favorite BBQ to throw on the grill.
Take the short hike up the trail to the falls that are usually flowing
pretty good this time of year. There is no charge to get in. We will
have a 50/50 raffle to help cover the costs of the reservation.
Burger, Chips and a Drink will be available for $5.
