Tuesday Meeting

Hi Gang,

 

We talked about schedules for everything.  Just general because as we all know, details will change, but there are a few things we all must be aware of:

1. We will be finishing up putting all the baskets together, getting a list made up of items and donars, finish making signs, and taking picture and putting together the powerpoint presentation on Friday and Saturday at Kurjanski's.  That means that we need all the stuff, including the wine for the wine pull, at Kurjanski's by Friday night,  Now we are not talking the big items, like Greg's bicycle and Audie's grill; it you have stuff like that, just besure that you send me a picture and a description prior to Friday so we can get them in the program.  We must get this all done by Saturday night, or at least sometime Saturday.  When we leave Kurjanski's Saturday, we will load up everyone's vehicle, so we can get the stuff to the State Room Sunday morning.
2. We will meet Sunday morning at 8:00 at the State Room.  This is easlier than we originally thought but I think we will need all the time we can get in order to get ready.  (Just an aside, would anyone else be interested in coffee and donuts?)
3. If you haven't listed your items on the donations list, "get 'er done!"
4. If you haven't put your name on the volunteer list, "get 'er done!"
5. Be prepared to work, but also have a good time.  This should be a lot of fun.

All,

Point of clarification regarding meetings at Kurjanski's house.

Friday, March 18 -- Ladies -- to finish up silent auction baskets.

The ladies made a lot of progress last week, we just need to finish
up. Please send me or Janet an email if you can help.

Saturday, March 26 --- Time to be determined to finalize any auction items
and to load vehicles so we will be ready to go early in the morning at the
State Room at 8 AM on March 27.

I will be there (thought about wearing bells but then decided it might bother you as you watch "March Madness".  I will need to track my brackets to see if I am doing very well.  I think Jim may also come but not sure.  Thank you.

Friday evening Sarah has choral practice for her spring show until 5pm.  Then I have to take her to get her hair done, get her fed and dressed for the Spring Fling.  If you are still there after  I drop her off at the dance, I will come over and help.  I will call you about 7pm.

Do we have a final list of items for the live auction?  I should get a description and value list to the auctioneer as soon as we can as well as the time for him to arrive.  I’m not sure but I think someone was bringing the cards with numbers on them for him to use?  If not, I can take care of that, just let me know via e:mail.  My car will be full of the pictures we have so at this time I will just meet you there on Sunday unless anyone needs anything else.

Hi,

 

Sound like a Silent Auction to me, but as Shari will tell you, I am often sightly incorrect.

 

Is there a way you could get it to Kurjanski's by Friday night, or if not, is there a time I could pick it up.
