Hello all,

For those who are getting this email for the first time, please go through the previous email below first. 

Follwoing the meeting with the film production people on the weekend, following are the updates 

I would request all of you to please send me you family photograph recently taken asap. This need not be proffessional but should be bright and clear.

All the people spoken to about specific roles, would be requested to come to MML on 13/04/2013 for the Gudi Padwa event at MML from 11.00 am to 15.00 pm (£3 per adult and child above 5 yrs including lunch) so that the production people can meet you and go through the details about the day with you in a group or individual basis just before or after the event. The director mite be present on the day but will be confirmed later.

The film shooting on 04/05/2013 will be done in a single long shift starting from 9.00 am (call time latest) untill 9.00pm atleast.

During the day you all will be a part of production team making it is very essential that you stick to the above timings which is one of the basic criteria for film shooting to maintain continuety, make-up and reherssals before the actual shoot.

The scenes as of now will be shoot randomly as per the director's  and cinematographer's sequence which will be decided on the day but mite get some information near to the day. 

As understood, its going to be along day for all of us, the production will be organising 

1. Morning Breakfast(8.00 am to 9.00am)

2. Lunch ( approx. 12.30pm)

3. Evening Breakfast (around 4.00pm) 

4. Dinner ( around 8.30pm)

Also tea and coffee will be available on a self service arrangement in the premises.

The people who are expected to play a role in te film with dialogues will be required to come in full traditional dress saree (nauwari if possible), jewellary (on your own responsibility), Kurta's etc..! Others can come in modern Indian traditional wear. The roles will be decided on possibley 13/04/2013.

Please let me know who can be available on 13/04/2013.

I am sure al of us will be excited to be a part of a marathi film shoot (Adhantari) which will be taking place on 4th May 2013 from 10.00am to late evening. As spoken to you over the phone, all of you have confirmed your presence with complete family in a nice traditional costume for the whole time on the day.

I am starting this loop to keep all of you updated together and will be adding some more members to this loop.

The scene shot during this day is a very prominant scene in the film in which Hero(Sumeet Raghavan) and Heroen(Tanisha) meet for the first time during Ganesh Festival celebrations at MML.

During this scene most of us will be in the frame and some of you will get few dialogs to speak on the silver screen.

for the same, there mite be a possibility of a workshop/interaction with the director and actors for all of us on the previous weekend i.e.27th April 2013 before of after Anand Mela at MML. i would be greatful if we all can make it to MML to get the zest of the actual day from actors and director. and offcourse then enjoy Anand Mela and musical program following at MML.

The director is also planning to visit London around 13th/14th April so that some of us can do the above well in advance during the Gudi Padwa Celebration at MML on 13th April 2013 at 11.00am

The details will follow shortly.

I will be thankful to all of you for keeping the coming bank holiday long weekend Saturday (4th May 2013) free for the shooting at MML

I you have any issues or problems, please let me know in advance so that things can be in place for the day to avoid any major setbacks like financial implications, celebrity dates and various other important aspects you mite be aware of for the film scene shoot to be completed on the same day.
