Talim Plan

Hi All,

It was a good start for talim on Saturday and we realized that we need to get back into groove as soon as possible.

Two more days have been added to the spreadsheet  12th Nov and 16th Nov. Please update your spreadsheet

Scene-2 (Krishna, Pendya, Mavshi and Gavlans) we need more talim ... we have new gavlan in our team, Rashmi... We need more talims for this scene

So here is the proposal

--- Scene-2.
    Scene-2 team meets on 10th Nov (2 to 6 PM) and 11th Nov (12 - 4 PM) for talims.  Aparna, will join us on 11th.. Please confirm. 

--- lavani team
   meets only on 11th Nov (12 to 4PM) . The stage will be shared within lavani and scene-2 team

--- Full Team (on-stage, sound, live music, singers, backstage)   
   By working all permutations and combination we have arrived at this date.
   Please make yourselves available on 12th November (Monday) for full run through, 7.30 PM - 9.30 PM.
   Can everyone make it?  Please make your best effort.
   Yes. I know its Monday .... yes I know scene-2 team will have to work 3 days in a row ... but hey, if we have to give "kachkachit" performance like last 2, then we need to stretch.

If we all come out with flying colours, then we will choose one day between 15th and 16th for one more run through.
If not, then we will take a call on that day if we require both the days.
