Hello ~ I installed 64-bit Ubuntu on a new computer, this afternoon,
and downloaded the Linux x86_64/EMT64 (64 bit D.I.) version of g95.
After following the installation instructions, g95 still isn't
working. I didn't get any errors in the installation, and the files
appear to match the description on the g95.org website. I tried
compiling a "hello" file using both the executable (x86_64-unknown-
linux-gnu-g95) and the g95 shortcut. I'm getting a "command not
found" error.
Does anybody have any suggestions for how to get this running?
Thanks! =)

Could the exe be somewhere else? You could search your filesystem for
"x86_64-unknown-
linux-gnu-g95", or a substring of that.

Or, alternatively, if the system is a unix-like (linux), is the system
looking for the executables in the current directory?
Did you try to add ./ (This directory!) to the command?
If not try this,

./x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu-g95

in the directory where x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu-g95 is found.
