检测GFW的干扰，在Manager界面的jamming-events中可以查看

无线中继启动之后可以通过http://192.168.49.1:8888查看Manager界面

无线中继启动失败之后尽最大可能恢复启动之前的状态

report error时附带dmesg.log

特别说明：

目前对无线中继的支持是测试阶段， SSID和密码都不可以配置， SSID写死了是spike， 密码是12345678
