Update your printer host to 'printer.exciting.io'

Hey all,

Just in case you haven't upgrade the sketches in your printers, please make sure that the host you are trying to connect to is 'printer.exciting.io', and NOT 'printer.gofreerange.com', as the latter will be going away soon.
