please help ( printer also doesn't print)

Hi James 

My name is Bobby Ngo and I just recently started on my own exciting.io printer. I have very similar problems to Eng Sui Kee where my printer is connected to the server and can receive print orders but it never prints. The LEDs respond as they should with the yellow light blinking every 10 seconds and the green light on when there is a file on que, but whenever I press the button, the printer motions as if it were to print the file but really just feeds about a centimeter of paper before stopping completely.  

And now I'm not sure what has happened, but the backend server will say that my printer is online, but it will not receive any files I send from the printer-mail app or even a test page print from the exciting.io page. The printer-mail app and the exciting.io test page will say things that the message is sent or that the test page is qued but when I look at my printer archive the file orders don't even appear. However the yellow LED still blinks every 10 seconds so I believe that it is connected to the network.

I'm fairly new to all of this programming stuff, but I am really excited to get it working, but I' not sure what the problem is but any help would be appreciated,

I also just read a previous post by Jayme Kravitz that describes the exact same problem I face when my printer is connected to everything and online.
