Hi,

The automatic IP detection wasn't working so I went through the custom print URL, which works, thanks!! However, I'm getting blown-out printouts like a few other people have mentioned. The Arduino test prints work fine - I've tried lowering the darkness on the backend server, but when I click "Update printer", I get redirected to the "Sorry, I can't see any printeres near you" page. Do you have any advice or thoughts on how to troubleshoot?

Thanks!
Angela

Ah - I can replicate that redirection problem, sorry about that. The server assumes that automatic IP detection is working so after it updates the printer settings it sends you back to that URL. However, if you reload the working URL afterwards, you should see that the darkness has indeed been updated. Do you see that?

I do see it has been updated, thanks! The printout is still blown out but the printer appears to be working fine with the test page - should I lower the darkness further?
