Domain 'printer.gofreerange.com' is *really* going away now! Update to 'printer.exciting.io' ASAP!

Hey folks,
Just in case you haven't already, please update your Arduino sketches to ensure that the host is set to `printer.exciting.io)`, and NOT `printer.gofreerange.com`. (See https://github.com/exciting-io/printer/blob/master/printer.ino#L25 for the line in question).
If you don't do this, your Arduino won't be able to connect to the server anymore; the old domain is going to be deleted shortly.
