How to draw the Horizontal bar chart starting from top on Y axis ?

By default its starts from center to top. instead the chart should draw from top to center.

Is it possible ?

I don't think it is possible with the current options. You can ask on flot discussion group directly. If the option exists in flot and is not available in gflot, I'll add it.
