How to set a default selected range on the overview slider widget

I am trying to replicate the overview gflot example here: http://gflot2.appspot.com/#overview 

In my example I don't see a default selection on the slider below the line chart, and that is why my line chart has empty data unless I make a selection on the slider below the chart.

How do it set a default selection on the slider like it is done in the gflot example?

It's the line 

plot.setLinearSelection( 150, 199 );

which does it. In the example, I have datas going from 0 tp 199 in x-axis and I'm telling the plot to select the values from 150 to 199.
