Bad News in the Family

I received with sadness and deep shock the unpleasant news that our big brother Dr. Rueben Nartey has suffered a stroke. Now before you pick up the phone please read to the very end.
This sad and shocking affair happened a couple of weeks ago in the UK at his place of work. From information gathered he received immediate attention and has been responding to treatment well. He has also shown signs of improvement. At the request of the family the news was not sent out immediately. He is now back in Hungary and will be at a special clinic in Budapest for stroke patients.
The stroke affected the right part of his body, his speech is slurred. he can move his right fingers though he cannot squeeze objects. I would recommend that anybody trying to contact him should do so by e-mail. he can still read however he will not be able to type a reply to any one. The Family is currently overwhelmed with this tragedy therefore i would caution discretion when contacting them.
I still cannot comprehend how such a thing could happen to someone like Rueben, personally i can only attribute it to stress from a nagging spouse.
I am yet to meet him personally however i would like to inform everyone that we may have to chip in to assist sometime down the line. When the time comes i shall let you all know.

Dear Brothers,
I also visited Ruben yesterday Monday 12th July 2010 in the afternoon
at the Budakeszi Rehabilitation centre/clinic.
I had one hour chat with him and it was convincing.
Thanks to Heaven his situation is not so alarming or threatening as
imagined earlier.
He can walk, smile and laugh normally as Ruben himself.
Apart from the right hand fingers fine griping as well as the speech
/ statement lag, the condition is improving .
There is hope he will recover in three months time as his doctors
predicted.In short there is no cause of alarm of or miserable feeling
We shall repeat our visits regularly and continue chating with him to
regain his langages spoken and if necessary we shall inform you.
