Dear Ghanaian Friend,
This is an addendum to the original invitation.
The hosts kindly request all who accept the invitation to participate to do the following to ease and assist them in their planning efforts.
1. Confirm your participation intent and the number of people on your group.
2. State whether you would need accommodation, and if so how many rooms, for hotel arrangements to be made for you.
Kindly send this information, as soon as possible as D-day is just around the corner. It would be very much appreciated if these replies could also be sent directly to Mr. Afari at his email address paul....@t-online.hu as well for prompt action to be taken.

I hope you are fine and doing good in the Name of the Almighty.
As discussed last year at the Get-Together Summer 2009 at Tatabanya, that we shall make it a constant activity during the summer to come together, the summer is once again here with us.
Due to the above, this year’s Get-Together is coming on whether you like it or not. So, I have been authorized to throw this invitation to you and your family. The details are as follows:
