Doping Depth VNPN

Hi:

I am doing a project and trying to utilize this PDK.

How do I determine the doping depth of the VNPN 10x10 BJT? Also trying to determine M1 thickness...

Hi Nigel!

The info I was able to find about the BJTs in the documentation is @ https://gf180mcu-pdk.readthedocs.io/en/latest/analog/spice/elec_specs/elec_specs_5_8.html

The cross-sections of the various metal layer options is in the documentation @ https://gf180mcu-pdk.readthedocs.io/en/latest/analog/layout/inter_specs/inter_specs_3.html

You will have to confirm with Efabless which of the stackups is being used in the open-mpw program. Asking on the slack space would be a good idea.
