I know of web sites where it is possible to publish such a book for everyone to buy at reasonable cost. Personally I
have used the mypublisher.com, lulu.com and an Italian service - but there are plenty (e.g. snapfish is connected to flickr).
If we agree, we should decide how to collect possible photos :)

Of course you are free to use my pictures if you want to create a
book, but don't you think it is enough to have them online?

I plan to add captions as well, but some time later. I also prefer
electronic photos to a book, in this way they are better searchable,
take less space and save trees as well.
