GF seminar #5: Tuesday 9 February

The 4th GF seminar will be held on Tuesday 9 February. The time is 10:00–11:30 UTC, which means

• 18:00–19:30 in Singapore
• 12:00-13:30 in Helsinki
• 11:00–12:30 in Barcelona
• 07:00–08:30 in Rio de Janeiro

The place is the usual Gather room at https://gather.town/app/pueLFUn4ipHNfd0y/gf-seminar. 

The agenda is so far empty, so please send me an email if you want to spend more than 5 minutes talking about something. Even in absence of formal presentations, we can always do shorter updates on whatever everyone is doing with GF.

Hi Inari,

Do you mean Tuesday 7 February or Thursday 9 February? For me, only 7 February works the given time.

I would like to talk about a shared task for the Abstract Wikipedia project. Many GF people have already expressed interest, and now we are ready to take the next step: produce a scalable demo for as many languages as we can and publish it on the web. Krasimir (hopefully joining) and I (if it is Tuesday) will introduce. This can take up to 30 minutes, if there is so much time.
