PyWSGI Http 1.1 Protocol Response Patch

Hi,

So I wrote a patch for pywsgi to make it respond with an http1.1 protocol version in all situations. I've posted it on the issue tracker and bitbucket with no response. The patch is attached. It works fine for my uses and appears to have no bugs.

Comments? Advice on how to get it merged into the gevent trunk?
